Rob Peledie
Managing Director and Lead Architect
I started my IT career fairly late in life, deciding at the ripe old age of 30, that it was now or never. Initially I started in the role of Desktop Support, but soon moved in to the “CRM” space, working for a Microsoft Partner in the South West of the UK.
Implementing Microsoft CRM (as it was) and Microsoft AX for an international events organisation, meant I was exposed to the wider ecosystem of Dynamics, and taking on the role of Dynamics Development Lead at OVO Energy, gave me the experience of managing a multi million Pound project and a team of developers, both onshore and off shore.
In 2017 I decided to start 365Knowledge Ltd, offering the wider Microsoft Business Applications Ecosystem, and in 2021 moved in to the Licensing space, offering consultancy driven license provision - making sure the customer always gets the best deal.
At 365Knowledge, we have both an internal team and group of trusted partners to call on, meaning the right person with the right skills is always on hand.
Nick Esgate
Dynamics 365 and Power Apps Consultant
Nick Joined 365Knowledge in 2021 having come from a career in the motor industry.
Working along with 365Knowledge, Nick has experience in Power Apps and Microsoft Marketing, along with the wider Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

A senior project consultant, with over 10 years experience delivering technical and operational business change in agile, traditional and hybrid environments. I have been particularly focused on CRM, ERP and Digital Transformation programmes of work, across various industries and businesses of all sizes.
